Job Description: Under general direction of lead worker or supervision by departmental administrator performs highly skilled repair, installation, maintenance work and general maintenance on buildings & equipment. Provides work direction, training & mentoring of lower-level workers. Established pattern of good work habits and performance with good interpersonal skills.  Adheres to all OSHA and/or Ohio University required safety guidelines  PERFORMS HIGHLY SKILLED DUTIES IN ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING
