QUALIFICATIONS: Associates degree or certification in a related field and a minimum of 4 years of related experience or high school diploma and a minimum of 10 years of related experience in facility maintenance or construction. Be able to read and work from blueprints and specifications. Driver's license required. Must have a good work ethic, positive attitude, professional appearance.
