Duties include, but are not limited to: Proficient in all aspects of concrete subbase, forming, poring, and finishing, General masonry repairs, Knowledge of general coatings, sealants, and waterproofing, Proficiency with demolition tools and related tools of the trade, Knowledge of roof repairs and related roof work, Must have general safety training, and Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions
A High School Diploma or GED is required.
